  • 3 glasses of mineral water (600 ml)
  • 100 g oat flakes (organic)
  • 1 cinnamon stick (5 g)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (25 g)

  • 1 liter glass bottle
  • Ladle
  • Wooden spoon
  • Sieve

preparation

  • You need organic oatmeal for the preparation It is important to choose good quality in order to reap all the advantages.
  • Bring 3 glasses of water to the boil and then add 100 g of oat flakes and the cinnamon stick.
  • Boil the mixture for 30 minutes. Then cover and let steep for at least an hour. Add the honey.
  • You can prepare the tea as soon as you get up, so you have it in stock for the whole day.
  • The tea is then sieved and filled into a glass bottle.
  • Consume at room temperature.

How is the oat tea taken?

  • Drink a glass of it before each meal. The first glass on an empty stomach 15 minutes before breakfast, the last glass 15 minutes before dinner.
  • This makes you feel fuller, the food is digested and absorbed better  . As a result, there is less gas.
  • In the evening you will feel more relaxed.
