  • Dissolve the honey in the water and then add the ground nuts.
  • This drink is particularly recommended for breakfast. As an alternative for a good night’s sleep, the water can then be replaced with milk.
  • Many prefer milk to water, but we recommend water and drinking on an empty stomach to get the most of all the benefits.
