  • 1 bowl of cleaned and disinfected kale leaves (67 g)
  • 3 cups almond milk (725 ml)
  • 1 apple cut into cubes
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 bowl of washed and disinfected parsley (22 g)

preparation

  • Process all the ingredients in a blender until you have a creamy smoothie.
  • It may seem like a lot, but you want to use it to replace breakfast. You will stay full longer and you can do without unhealthy snacks.

2. Consume organic products as often as you can
